The ON Semiconductor CAT24C32B EEPROM is a 32KB device that supports standard (100kHz), fast (400kHz), and fast+ (1MHz) I2C protocols. The EEPROM memory is internally organized as 4096 words, 8 bits per word. The CAT24C32B EEPROM memory has a 32-byte page write buffer and operates from 1.7V to 5.5V. The device is packaged in a 4-pad WLCSP package that is lead-free, halogen-free/non-brominated flame retardant, and RoHS compliant. The CAT24C32B memory is suitable for applications that require two serial EEPROM devices (4-pad WLCSP) on the same I2C bus.characteristic
