onsemi CAT93C46B Microwire serial EEPROM
The ONSEMI CAT93C46B Microwire Serial EEPROM can be configured as 128 8-bit registers (ORG pin at GND) or 64 16-bit registers (ORG pin at VCC). Each register can be written (or read) serially through the DI (or DO) pin. The ONSEMI CAT93C46B has an auto-timed internal write and auto-clear function. An on-chip power-on reset circuit protects the internal logic from powering up in an incorrect state.characteristic
