Murata SCR410T-K03 Gyroscope
The Murata SCR410T-K03 gyroscope features a high-performance angular rate sensor element based on Murata's capacitive 3D-MEMS technology. Signal processing is implemented in a mixed-signal ASIC that provides angular rate and acceleration outputs via a flexible SPI digital interface. The SCR410T-K03 series features an X or X/Z axis angular rate measurement range of ±300°/s and a 3V to 3.6V supply voltage. These gyroscopes package the sensor element and ASIC into an overmolded SOIC-16W plastic housing to ensure reliable operation over the product's lifetime. This rugged SMD package is also suitable for lead-free soldering processes. The case dimensions are 10.4mm x 7.65mm x 2.3mm (L x W x H). The SCR410T-K03 series is RoHS and ELV compliant and operates over a -40°C to +110°C temperature range.
