The NXP Semiconductors FXLS8961AF is available in a 3mmx3mmx1.25mm 12-pin QFN package with 0.65mm pitch and wettable flanks. The device is AEC-Q100 qualified and operates over the extended temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The combination of sensor performance, system power saving features, and extended over-temperature range performance makes the FXLS8961AF an ideal accelerometer for automotive safety and convenience applications.
