Renesas Electronics R7F100TGE3x CT1 Touch Control Sensor IC develops touch interfaces using touch sensor IP with high sensitivity technology and noise immunity. CT1 IC features low power consumption, material detection, waterproofing, and noise immunity. R7F100TGE3x CT1 IC features GPO control (high/low output, toggle output, and delay output), LED control, buzzer output, and wake-up signal. Host IF (I2C) supports up to 400KHz, GPO direct control, and host CPU command control. CT1 IC features a low pin count/small package family. Typical applications include home appliances, industrial, consumer electronics, mobile devices, smart locks, wireless headsets, and smart speakers.
