The accelerometer is fabricated using a CMOS-MEMS platform that integrates the MEMS wafer with supporting CMOS electronics via wafer-level bonding. The IAM-20381HT accelerometer includes ±2g, ±4g, ±8g, and ±16g user-programmable ranges, a programmable digital filter, an embedded temperature sensor, and an on-chip 16-bit ADC.
